Modular Moss Pole Ø 8 cm

Give your larger climbing plants strong, stable support with this modular moss pole system, diameter Ø 8 cm (3.15"), designed for plants that need more moss volume, stronger support and plenty of space for aerial roots to grow.

The system combines a large honeycomb structure with top and side watering options. The 350 ml slow-watering top reservoir gradually releases water into the moss from above, while the optional side watering reservoir is installed at the connection between the two pole segments to help hydrate the lower section more effectively.

The open honeycomb structure gives aerial roots plenty of space to grip and grow into the moss, encouraging vertical growth for large Monstera, Philodendron, Pothos, Syngonium and other climbing plants.

The system is completely modular. Each set includes two pole segments, and additional compatible segments can be added later as your plant grows.

Both sets can be extended with additional compatible pole segments as your plant grows.

Top and side watering
The 350 ml (11.8 oz) top watering reservoir slowly releases water into the moss from the top, helping maintain more consistent moisture.

The side watering reservoir is installed at the connection between two pole segments. It delivers water directly to the lower section of the moss pole, helping keep taller configurations evenly moist from top to bottom.

Open vs half-closed poles
• Open pole – provides maximum access to the moss and plenty of airflow, while the honeycomb structure gives aerial roots numerous openings to grip and grow through.
• Half-closed pole – has a more enclosed back that helps contain the moss while still providing openings for airflow and aerial root growth.

Both versions use the same modular connection system and can be extended with additional segments.

Flat base options

Choose between two flat base sizes:
• Ø 12 cm (4.7")
• Ø 15 cm (5.91")

Both base sizes are available in four configurations:
• Offset pole + soil drainage
• Centered pole + soil drainage
• Offset pole + pot drainage
• Centered pole + pot drainage

Centered pole – positions the moss pole in the middle of the base.

Offset pole – positions the moss pole closer to the edge of the pot, leaving more room for the plant and its root system.

Soil drainage – excess water from the moss pole drains directly into the surrounding substrate.

Pot drainage – excess water is directed toward the bottom of the planter so it can drain through the pot’s drainage holes instead of adding extra moisture to the surrounding substrate.

The Ø 12 cm base is a more compact option, while the larger Ø 15 cm base provides additional stability for bigger plants and wider planters.
