Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted in the product description.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Domestic Shipping (Croatia): Estimated 2-5 business days
  • International Shipping: Estimated 5-30 business days (customs processing may cause delays)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers such as Croatian Post, USPS, UPS, DHL, etc. to ensure reliable and timely delivery. We may also use other carriers depending on your location and the best available shipping options at the time of dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide! However, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control. Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at noordinaryleaf@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Returns Due to Undeliverable Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and the customer may need to place a new order if the package cannot be reshipped.

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot make changes.

Germany's Packaging Act "VerpackG" and France's Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) require online sellers to follow packaging recycling rules.
