Withdraw from your order

If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you can submit your withdrawal statement using the form below. You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions set out in our policy.

Enter your order details, select the products concerned and confirm your withdrawal. An acknowledgement containing your statement and the date and time of submission will be sent to the email address you provide.

You must send the goods back within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal statement. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
